Dr. Guin was born in San Diego, California. 

 

She is a decorated veteran of the United States Navy where she specialized in Nuclear Mechanical Engineering for six years. While in the Navy, she was honored to be able to serve her country; however, she knew that she had a calling to promote health and wellbeing in her community.

 

Dr. Guin completed her undergraduate degree with honors at North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega, GA with a bachelor's in biology.  It was during this time she found Chiropractic and chose this as a career.

She completed her Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine Cum Laude at Life University in Marietta, GA.  During her time at Life University, she was a sister in Alpha Delta Upsilon and received a cycling scholarship to road race for the school. She states that she could not have done this without the continued support of her husband, David Bennett, and she continues to cherish every day since she met him. Since that day, David and their children, Layla and Dempsey, have lived the Chiropractic life.

 

Dr. Guin continues to be an athlete and enjoys a good competition occasionally. She has considerable first-hand experience caring for people who have been injured in automobile accidents, sport’s related injuries, and those with chronic overuse conditions.

 

While in the office, Dr. Guin utilizes various adjusting techniques specific to patient preferences to ensure all have a great experience with Chiropractic. She is also skilled in extremity adjusting.

 

Having been a sports enthusiast all her life, the passion for health that Dr. Guin has runs deep.  She looks forward to promoting health in her community and improving the health in her patients. She became a chiropractor to bring her patients to a higher level of functioning and achieve optimum health, and she is excited about bringing this passion to her community.
